You agree to indemnify and release Smart Commute Mississauga from any liabilities arising out of or relating to your providing said Information.

By agreeing to these terms, I hereby release and forever discharge Smart Commute Mississauga from all liability, whether direct or indirect, and hereby waive all claims, demands, actions and causes of action which I have or may have against Smart Commute Mississauga with respect to or arising from the use by Smart Commute Mississauga of my name and Information provided on the Bike to Work Day registration form.
